We have tried to make the site as accessible as possible for visually impaired users. The site is designed to W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative Guidelines.

If you think that there is an accessibility problem with the site please contact us and explain the difficulties you are having. We will try to overcome any problems we are made aware of.

PDFs and Accessibility

Visually impaired users may have trouble reading PDF files with screen reader software. To overcome this you can go to the Adobe website and use their online conversion tools for Adobe PDF Documents.

Other Formats

We aim to produce all our information in plain, easy to understand English. All our publications are available in larger print (many as standard for downloading from this website) or we can provide information on audio tape/CD or in another language.
