If you wish to terminate your tenancy you need to give us 4 weeks (28 days) written notice starting and ending on a Monday. If you complete this form we will transfer the information to a Tenancy Termination Form and post the form back to you for signing with a pre-paid envelope.
We have to post the information back to you for your signature in order to maintain security and prevent mis-termination of tenancies. Once we receive your signed, returned form then we will notify you of the date on which your tenancy terminates.
