You have the right to buy your home, subject to certain criteria.
Depending on how long you have been a council tenant you will get a discount on the valuation of your home.
Tenants who do not have Secure Tenancies, or who live in special accommodation such as Sheltered or Disability Adapted Housing are not able to buy their homes.
