All flats feature 24-hour Lifeline service and all offer Floating Support Officers.  Floating Support is targeted to enable customers to stay in the property of their choice for as long as possible.  If you are on certain benefits, this is a free service.  Contact the Floating Support Officers on 01323 415331 for more details.     

The average rent is £70 per week.  This does not include heating, water and service charges.
