- Internal repairs and decoration of your flat.
- Glass in your windows.(Damage due to vandalism may be claimable under the leaseholder insurance)
- Fixtures, fittings, pipes and wires used exclusively by your flat.
- Television points. (In maisonnettes )
- Window catches, unless Upvc Council installed windows under 1 year guarantee, letterboxes and locks.
- Plasterwork including artex.
- You are responsible for having your own gas fire / boiler serviced by a registered Corgi Engineer, on a yearly basis. Upfields and Verral & Parks who carry out these services for Eastbourne Homes have agreed to offer leaseholders the same competitive rates EHL receive for carrying out these safety checks. - Electrical repairs checks to be carried out by a Qualified NICEIC Electrician.
