Repairs can be reported by telephoning our 24hr freephone number 0800 220786 - alternatively you can also report your repair using our online form.
Eastbourne Homes produces a booklet entitled "Reporting your Repairs" which is available on request at our offices - Freephone 0800 220786 or to download below. The booklet advises the priority times for repairs.
If a communal repair is carried out on your block please contact the Repairs Office - Freephone 0800 220 786 to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire - or complete one online. If a repair is unsatisfactory please report this to the Customer Services team straight away.
A morning or afternoon appointment can be requested from the Repairs Office for repairs where we may need to gain access to your property.
We also operate a Saturday morning service for small repairs. Please contact the Customer Services team for more information regarding this.
All returned satisfaction forms are entered into a quarterly prize draw for £50 worth of Argos vouchers, so don't forget to return your satisfaction forms!
