In this section you can search for your home to see what works are planned and when. You can search by entering your address or postcode. The result will show what works are due to your property; when these works are due and which Contractor will be carrying out the works.
The programmes include the works funded by the additional £45.24 million that will be released by the government to achieve the Decent Homes Standard if Eastbourne Homes receives two stars in the September Audit Commission Inspection. Over the next few years we will be developing programmes of work beyond Decent Homes and these pages will be updated to reflect these programmes.
The works shown are based on the stock condition survey carried out in 2005. Please note that the amount of work to your home may change and that all of the programmes shown are subject to Eastbourne Homes receiving two stars in the Audit Commission inspection in September 2007 and the release of funds by the Government.
If the search result indicates that your property has not been surveyed this means that we were unable to gain access at the time of the survey. You will see when works are due to be undertaken to your property (which means it is included in the Decent Homes programme) but not what the works are. We will contact you well in advance of works commencing to carry out a survey to your home.
The External Repairs category covers repairs such as replacement roofs, new gutters and downpipes, new fascias and soffits and repointing. You will be told the exact scope of the works before work starts.
