The Decent Homes Pilot projects in Old Town & Langney are progressing well. United House and Apollo have completed the following so far:
1,284 Kitchens
1,181 bathrooms
1,225 Central Heating systems
1,595 Electrical rewires
1,964 front & rear doors
1,066 window installations
This means that 1,955 properties have been brought to the Decent Homes Standard.
Overall Customer satisfaction with the works carried out so far is:
United House (Old Town): 97%
Apollo (Langney): 97%

We have recieved one formal complaint so far. We will investigate this in accordance with our complaints procedure to see if any lessons can be learnt.
Apollo are employing 96% local people on their site and United House are employing 49% local people on their site.
