For Tenants

• The Cash Incentive Scheme has two aims: To release council houses for allocation to families in need of accommodation, and to assist council house tenants to purchase a property on the open market.

• Retirement Housing - we offer a wide range of pleasant centrally-heated apartments set in attractive gardens and within walking distance of shops and other local amenities.

For Leaseholders

• Leasehold Agreements - as a Leaseholder you have bought the right to live in your property for a fixed number of years and the flat can be bought and sold during that term.  The first flat sold in a block will have a lease for 125 years.  For all subsequent sales in the block the lease date will start from the date of this sale.  More details in our Leasehold Agreement section.

• Our Decent Homes Programme is a multi-million pound work programme to ensure that properties meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010.
