Your weekly rent is payable for 52 weeks of the year. Your rent is due weekly but you can pay your rent weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance.
Please note that if you pay by Direct Debit, payments are spread over the whole year.
Can You Increase My Rent?
We can increase your rent by giving you four weeks notice in writing.
If you are receiving housing benefit and there is a change in your circumstances, the rent you pay may change. We will always tell you in writing of the amount and the date from which it is has changed.
Service Standards
Eastbourne Homes Ltd has developed a range of Service Standards in consultation with residents, including three for Rent Accounting: -

We will give you an account reference and advice about paying your rent and other charges when you sign up for your tenancy

We will offer a wide range of payment options to all of our customers quarterly

We will ensure that you are provided with a minimum of 28 days written notice of any variation in rent levels
