1) Repairs can be reported 24hrs a day by telephoning 01323 436436 - alternatively you can also report your repair using our online form, you can find the link, on the right hand side under 'Related Pages'.
2) A morning or afternoon appointment will be offered when reporting your repair where we require access to your home. We also operate Saturday morning appointments for small repairs.
3) If a communal repair is carried out on your block please contact the Repairs Services Team on 01323 436436 to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire. If a repair is unsatisfactory please report this to the Repairs Services Team straight away.
4) All returned satisfaction forms are entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £50 worth of Argos vouchers, so don't forget to return your satisfaction forms!
5) Please be advised that Eastbourne Homes are not allowed to advise leaseholders or tenants of preferred contractors for their own personal use.
6) Eastbourne Homes produces a booklet entitled "Reporting your Repairs" which is available on request at our offices or to download below. Alternatively you can contact the repair Services Team on 01323 436436 to request a copy.
