We monitor our performance by using a range of performance indicators.
These indicators allow us to compare our performance with other housing providers and judge our progress against the targets we set ourselves at the beginning of the year.
Key measures of performance are reported to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis and these reports are available to download here.
