Delivery Plan

Every year Eastbourne Homes agrees a Delivery Plan with Eastbourne Borough Council. This sets out what we intend to do and achieve in the coming year.
 
This plan is regularly monitored by Eastbourne Homes and Eastbourne Borough Council and in addition we involve residents in monitoring and making suggestions for the Delivery Plan.
