Corporate Plan

Eastbourne Homes' Board of Directors approved a draft Corporate Plan for the company in March 2005. Staff, tenants and the organisations we work with commented on the draft plan and suggested changes.

The Corporate Plan was updated using the comments received. The final version was agreed on the 28th of July 2005 and can be found below. The Directors say that the plan should be under continuous review and we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.

The Eastbourne Homes Corporate Plan

Eastbourne Homes' Mission is

• To provide affordable, quality homes and excellent services that meet the needs of Eastbourne Homes' residents and the wider community.

Our Vision is one of

• Decent Homes provided in safe and sustainable neighbourhoods in which residents are proud to live.

Eastbourne Homes' Objectives are:

• For all homes to meet, as a minimum, the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010,

• To encourage learning and innovation and to involve all residents in designing services and setting standards for these services,
• To deliver a range of services that compare favourably with the best in terms of cost and quality, and

• To contribute to the Community Strategy by working in partnership to create and maintain sustainable neighbourhoods.

Eastbourne Homes will deliver services within a framework of the following values:

• To value diversity and promote equality,
• To conduct our business with high levels of integrity, honesty and openness,
