Company Structure

Eastbourne Homes Limited is managed by a Chief Executive and three Directors:
 
  • Director of Asset Management and Maintenance
  • Director of Housing Services
  • Director of Finance and Corporate Services
 
The Chief Executive is the Chair of the Executive Team and provides overall strategic leadership of Eastbourne Homes in line with the policies and decisions of the Board of Directors.
 
The Chief Executive is responsible for ensuring that Eastbourne Homes delivers quality services to its residents according to its statutory obligations and stated objectives and in line with Government legislation.  The Chief Executive's Deparment also includes three other members of the Executive Team: the Company Secretary; Performance Manager; and Communications Manager.
 
The Director of Asset Management and Property Services has responsibility for all property related functions such as the Decent Homes Work Programme, Repairs and Maintenance, Area Maintenance Officers, Gas Safety Inspections, Contracts, Aids and Adaptations and the Customer Services Function for the reporting of Repairs.
 
The Director of Housing Services is responsible for all tenant related functions including Resident Involvement, Area Housing Officers, Estate Management including Estate Inspections, the Retirement Housing Schemes and Court Managers plus Income Collection (rents and arrears).  
 
The Director of Finance and Corporate Services is responsible for the company's financial obligations and Service Level Agreements for services plus the corporate services such as elements of Human Resources or Corporate Training.
