Board of Directors

Eastbourne Homes is governed by a Board of 15 Directors. The Board is made up of five tenant Board members, five council Board members and five independent board members. The Board Directors serve as volunteers and only receive out of pocket expenses. The Board's key role is to give strategic leadership to the organisation.

 

 

The Board, with the Chief Executive and the Executive Team also delegate operational issues to various board working groups and to officers.
