Every year Eastbourne Homes agrees an Annual Plan with Eastbourne Borough Council. This sets out what we intend to do and achieve in the coming year.
This plan is regularly monitored by Eastbourne Homes and Eastbourne Borough Council and in addition we involve residents in monitoring and making suggestions for the Annual Plan. Previously the Annual Plan was known as the Delivery Plan.
