The New Derby House Residents Association has been running for nearly 10 years.
The association deals with all matters affecting the residents in the block and runs an active social club organising cards and quiz evenings, bingo, BBQs, afternoon teas, coffee mornings and coach excursions amongst other activities - all of which they encourage members of the public to join.
