Every year all leaseholders of flats and maisonettes, where Eastbourne Borough Council owns the freehold, are invited to attend a forum where discussions are held on issues that are important to them.
Last year, the forums were held on Monday 10th November 2008 at Riverbourne House, Belmore Road, Eastbourne at 7.00pm and Thursday 11th November 2008 at Upwyke House, Green Street, Eastbourne at 1pm
Topics under discussion included the responsive repairs contract, digital TV, the Leasehold Management Policy and the Leasehold Accounting Procedure.
In October 2009 there were two Leaseholder Forums, one was held in the afternoon and one was held in the evening. The first was at 1pm on Tuesday 6th October at Sutherland Court, The Hydneye, Eastbourne and the second was at 7pm on Thursday 8th October at Riverbourne House, Belmore Road, Eastbourne.
