You might want to work with Eastbourne Homes officers and other tenants to help shape decisions. You can do this by joining your local Tenants Association (TA), or starting a new one, if there isn't one in your area.
A resident association is a group of people on an estate or in a block who decide to come together to do something about their homes and the area they live in. This gives them a better say in how things are run and means they can work together to find solutions to problems affecting their area. This could include a number of items such as repairs, building works, play facilities, security or social activities.
Currently we have following groups operating in the following areas.
- Kilkenny Court
- New Derby House
- Archery Court
- Coventry Court
- Derry Court
- Gwent Court
- Longford Court
- Riverbourne House
- Roxburgh Court
- St mary's Court
- Stirling Court
- Tyrone Court
