The Resident Forum will act as a formal link between the 4 Area Panels, Asset Management Panel, Retirement Housing Panel, Leaseholder Panel, Youth Panel and other representatives.

Aims of Forum Members
- To share experiences and knowledge to improve the quality of life for residents of Eastbourne Homes Limited
- Ensure that structure methods of resident engagement for Eastbourne Homes Limited are appropriate
- To provide a forum for Eastbourne Homes to discuss and involve residents in their development of policies and strategies
Objectives
- Members of the forum, with support from Eastbourne Homes wish to encourage an open, confidential forum between members
- To assist in the development of policies and strategies
- To monitor and progress in achieving the goals set out in the Annual Plan
