New Area Panel for Old Town

Old Town Area Panel has set up its own email address for local Council tenants or leaseholders to get in touch.  The Panel are keen to hear from residents about issues affecting them. 

 

In addition the Chair welcomes any new members who would like to attend the panel meetings, on either a regular or ad hoc basis.  A surgery is held every tuesday from 9.15am to 11.15am at the Salvation Army, Royal Sussex Crescent with meetings held afterwards.  The surgery is attended by the Local Area Housing Officer who residents can use to discuss any concerns or ask questions of.

 

The Panel has been set up using Section 16 Funding to increase local accountability and control to residents.  The panel has its own budget through the Eastbourne Homs Environmental Improvements budget to implement local inititaives and encourage community involvement.
