Hampden Park & Willingdon Tree's Area Panel

The Hampden Park & Willingdon Trees Area Panel has been set up using Section 16 Funding to increase local accountability and control to residents.  The panel has its own budget delegated through the Eastbourne Homes Environmental Improvements budget to implement local initiatives and encourage community involvement.

The Hampden Park & Willingdon Tree's Area Panel was formed in January 2007, we have adopted a constitution and elected a permanent committee.
