Equality Legislation

As an organisation we should be able to demonstrate that we are meeting current legislative requirements and being proactive in delivering against our responsibilities.
 
This includes fulfilling our duties under legislation and the targets set out in our Race, Disability, Gender and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transpeoples (LGBT) Equality Schemes. These requirements must also be met as part of our overall Annual Plan and the objectives set out in our Corporate Plan.
 
A summary in regard to specific areas of legislation and how they apply to EHL is detailed as following by:
