National Survey Results
One of our key pieces of consultation is our three yearly STATUS (Standardised Tenant User Satisfaction Survey) survey which is posted to households. The results of this survey are used to benchmark us nationally against other organisations so we can see what our satisfaction levels are like compared with others. We also use the data internally to see where satisfaction is poor or could be better and work with customers to make improvements. The data also tells us important things about our customers such as how many have disabilities and this information is useful when planning budgets or services to meet these needs.
For the first time ever, in 2006, we also went beyond the statutory requirement and asked the same questions of our Leaseholders so that we could compare satisfaction between the two groups of customers.
The results are fed back to customers in Open House or for Leaseholders we produced a special Newsletter. For copies of the summarised results in this format please contact us using the contact form below. Alternatively results of the last survey can be downloaded below.
