Communications Strategy
Eastbourne Homes has a Commuication Strategy setting out the companies aims and objectives for communicating with all its different audiences.
The strategy seeks to formalise a number of communication mechanisms already in place within the company as well as establishing a programme for development of new and innovative methods of communicating with our various audiences.
Diversity, Access and Customer Care are key target areas from the Eastbourne Homes Delivery Plan. Any improvements made in terms of communications will have a knock-on effect in improving Customer Care and establishing a culture whereby staff, residents and our other key audiences feel valued, included, consulted and informed.
In terms of Access and Diversity this strategy seeks to establish clear methods of communicating with our audiences including ensuring that communications are accessible in terms of the use of Plain English as well as following the guidelines of the RNIB's See It Right Campaign.
