Eastbourne Homes produces a booklet entitled "Reporting your Repairs" which is available on request at our offices - Freephone 01323 436436 or download below. The booklet advises the priority times for repairs.
If a communal repair is carried out on your block please contact the Repairs Office - Freephone 01323 436436 to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire - or complete one online. If a repair is unsatisfactory please report this to the Repairs Services team on our freephone number straight away.
A morning or afternoon appointment can be requested from the Repairs team for communal repairs or where we may need to gain access to your property. We also offer Saturday morning appointments.
