Eastbourne Homes produces a booklet entitled "Reporting your Repairs" which is available on request at our offices - Freephone 01323 436436 or to download below. The booklet advises the priority times for repairs.
If a communal repair is carried out on your block please contact the Repairs Services Team - Freephone 01323 436436 to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire - or complete one online. If a repair is unsatisfactory please report this to the Repairs Services team straight away.
A morning or afternoon appointment can be requested from the Repairs Office for repairs where we may need to gain access to your property.
We also operate Saturday morning appointments for small repairs. Please contact the Repairs Services team, using the freephone number, for more information regarding this.
All returned satisfaction forms are entered into a quarterly prize draw for £50 worth of Argos vouchers, so don't forget to return your satisfaction forms!
