Hardstandings

Eastbourne Homes has a waiting list for hardstandings. We carry out programs of building hardstandings when money is available. Contact your Area Maintenance Officer for more information.

You may build your own hardstanding provided you have our permission. You will need to complete an Application for Alterations form. Complete the form and send it to the Area Maintenance Officer for approval.

If you park your car on the grass without a proper hardstanding you will be breaking your Tenancy Agreement.

Caravans and Boats

Generally you can not park a caravan or boat in your garden or on your hardstanding. For more information speak to our Area Housing Officer.
