Complaints, Compliments, Comments and Suggestions

 Eastbourne Homes Limited has a policy and procedure for receiving, investigating and monitoring complaints as well as compliments, comments and suggestions from our customers.  We use these to tell us when we are doing well as well as helping us to shape our services where we could do better.  If we use a suggestions made by you to improve a service then we will give you a £25 voucher as a thank-you.
